Cangzhou Xin Yida Steel Pipe co., Ltd now holds four Lincoln automatic manufacture lines of bifilar and double-side spiral seam welding pipes with submerged arcs (SSAW) which are introduced from the USA. The annual production capacity is about 150,000ts of different specifications of spiral welded steel pipes which are arrange from φ219mm toφ2032mm,wall thickness from 6mm to 18mm.Our products can widely-used in many infrastructure areas, such as petroleum, coal gas, natural gas, water supply and heat power of electricity industries,ssaw steel water pipes, ssaw steel gas pipe, steel casing pipe,steel petroleum pipes,pipe pilesetc.
The company was established in 2003,located in Cangzhou Eco＆Tech Development District Hebei province .The company occupies 20,000m2, there are totally 208 employees in the company and among them 30 people have high professional title. The company’s registered capital is 29.99 million RMB, and the total assets can reach up to 50 million RMB.We enjoy convenient transportation which is close to the Tianjin Harbor and Qingdao Harbor. Besides the harbor advantage, there are both Beijing-Shanghai railway in the west and 307 national road in the south.
In March, 2004,the company had passed ISO9001: 2000 quality system certification and successfully switched from 9001 to 2000 version. At the same time, we had won the honor of “Model Enterprise Of Quality and Credibility” from The Chinese Light-industry Product Quality Certification Association. Only three months later, we were granted the “The SSAW Steel Pipe Production Certification” from The Tubing Products Research Center of China National Petroleum＆Natural Gas Corporation.
